Currently, we only offer to ship within the United States. Our typical processing time for retail orders is 1-2 business days, but it may take longer for various reasons. We ship via USPS first class or priority mail, and the estimated delivery time for these services is 2-4 days within states where our products are legal. Please note that USPS does not deliver to military bases at this time, and placing an order to such locations may result in an indefinite hold and a potential ban from future purchases at our discretion.
Once your package is shipped and in the carrier’s possession, Exodus is no longer responsible for its location or status. Any attempt or request to cancel or charge back an order after it has been placed or shipped will be considered attempted fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to prevent you from ordering from any of our websites, retail locations, or affiliated companies if we suspect fraudulent or suspicious behavior.
If you attempt to cancel your order, seek a refund, or extort product or money from Exodus, we may share your information with other companies as someone associated with a high fraud risk. This may impact your ability to transact business with other companies.
Our customer service team strives to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee a response. Please note that anything you send to Exodus customer service is not considered private. We use a USPS address verification system and may contact you to confirm your address. In some cases, this may delay your order.
If your order’s value is above a certain threshold, our customer service team may request additional information from you to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt to contact you, your order may be canceled and refunded without your consent.
